Cancelling order

Cancellation Requests Orders that have been processed and prepared for shipping are subject to a cancellation fee of AED 10. These are common carrier fees for intercepting packages.

If you decide you want to cancel your order after the product has shipped, you will be charged shipping fees. After you reject the product(s) and receive the product back, your credit card will be charged the full amount less the shipping cost. Some products may be subject to an additional 5% restocking fee.

Return Policy

If the order is cancelled, your money will be refunded within 2-3 business days from the date the cancellation is submitted. We will update you via email once your refund goes live.

The total time your refund will appear in your account depends on the refund method and the issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the canceled product but the customer’s bank may charge a transaction fee as per its policy.

If the company does not receive a response from the customer within a week, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we have received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer.

Refunds will only be provided through the bank and in case of cash payment, the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to get the refund.

Return or exchange the product

If the products are damaged during transportation, the exchange will be processed within 5-12 working days of submitting the complaint but no cancellation or return of the order will be accepted after the order has been delivered. In case of damaged goods, customers can request a replacement via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer must provide a photo or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about the damaged goods.

• Standard delivery time is 1-2 business days but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.

Prepaid orders

Free standard shipping on all orders over 100 AED. A fee of AED 15 will be charged for purchases that do not exceed the free shipping limit of AED 100. All orders in the UAE are delivered within one to two business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.

Holiday shipping information

Please note that when placing your orders online for delivery during the holiday season (such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may undergo additional processing days. (Delivery period will be 1-2 days processing period + official holiday period)
